• Handling of incoming residential sign up or enquiries
• Handling calls, email, what’s app and social media enquiries.
• Developing Frequently Ask Questions for the residential sign ups.
• Follow up with customers on the sign up process.
• Investigate cases and resolve consumer enquiries.
Requirements:
• Diploma Holders / GCE .A” Levels
– Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
– Must be persuasive. goal-oriented and possess an energetic, professional and friendly demeanour
