Job Duties:
– Handle and resolve customer enquiries via email and phone calls regarding their electricity account for L&T
– Work closely and collaborate with internal departments to ensure resolution of issue on Payments, Tenant Management Service and Sales related
– Admin work such as opening/closing tenants: accounts, en-bloc process, obtaining SPPG meter reading. creating tenants: quotation
Requirements:
• Diploma Holders / GCE ‘A. Levels
– Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
– Must be persuasive, goal-oriented and possess an energetic, professional and friendly demeanour
