Job Description:
Our client, a Japanese company is currently looking for a HR Manager position.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the HR team
• Provide guidance, coaching and leadership to the team to support all HR functions
• Helping the team to review their work processes
• Establish proper HR SOP
• Initiate and manage mini HR projects to support operation improvement
• Continue to drive and lead the team towards achieving HR operational excellence
• As a project champion for HR system migration
Requirements:
• 5 years of managerial working experience preferably in construction industry
• Hands-on experience – understand HR operations well
• Well versed in Employment Act. regulations in work passes and employment standards and requirement
• Effective communication skills, versatile and creative personality
• Adaptable to fast paced environment
