Work location: Orchard

Working hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Manage high-volume blood taking services while maintaining strict adherence to infection control and laboratory protocols
Verify patient identity, test requirements, and specimen details before collection
Properly label, handle, and process blood specimens according to clinical guidelines
Provide nursing care and support during patient consultations and clinical procedures
Assist doctors and medical teams in outpatient procedures and minor surgical/OT room preparation
Support basic OT room operations, including preparing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting during procedures.
Perform general nursing duties including patient assessment, monitoring, documentation, and follow-up care
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordination of clinic workflow
Maintain accurate medical records, filing of reports, and nursing documentation
Educate and guide patients on procedures, preparation instructions, and aftercare
Ensure compliance with infection prevention, workplace safety protocols

Key Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Nursing with SNB registration (Registered Nurse)
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar clinical setting.
Experience in blood taking or IV cannulation is an added advantage.
A strong team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
