Job Description:

• Answering of all incoming phone calls with courtesy and directing them to the relevant departments and personnel.
• Attending to walk-in visitors.
• Assist guest to arrange for transportation such as taxi booking
• Filing of daily incoming and outgoing faxes and correspondences accurately.
• Distributing of incoming and outgoing faxes and mails into individual department letter tray
• Mailing of cheque payment and disbursement of payments to vendors and subcontractors on self-collection basis
• Issuance of stationeries to staff and monitor stock level of stationeries
• updating of company contact database and phone directory when necessary.
• liaison with the Dispatch as and when necessary.
• Keep track on air con and lift servicing, repairs and breakdown when requires.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”0″ Level, a, field.
• Pleasant, responsible and willing to learn attitude
• At least 1 year of administrative and receptionist experience
• Full-Time position(s) available.
