Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
Generate leads, pitch services, and secure high-value projects through proactive networking and outreach.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance analytics to management.

Requirements
Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Proven track record of generating leads, securing projects, and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
