Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Backend Java Developer to join our team. As a Backend Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Working hours : Monday- Friday 10am- 7pm
Working location : Tanjong Pagar
Salary Package : Up to SGD7200 (basic) + AWS & VB

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java technology.
Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement security best practices to protect data and systems from potential threats.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ Proven experience as a Backend Java Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java/J2EE, Spring Framework.
Experience with backend frameworks and libraries
Solid understanding of database management systems, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
