Responsibilities:
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators for OCAP Region including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Oversee and manage the continued development of OCAP budgeting. financial forecasting, and operating plan
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis
• Implement and work with a business intelligence to develop business Dashboard reports for OCAP Region
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management Team
• Partnering with business units to provide operational analysis and reporting and to improve forecasting accuracy
• Manage and monitor OPEX closely, a. identify areas of improvement
• Assisting other special projects

Requirements:
• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or any Business courses
• At least 3+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, or any other Business Analysis function
• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred. SAP, Hyperion and Salesforce
• Regional exposure is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
