Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese company located in the East is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Legal Executive who has prior in-house experience or law firm to join them.
Responsibilities:
The job holder will be part of the corporate in-house legal and compliance team providing legal advice and support to various business units in Singapore and overseas.
• Work with the in house legal department in providing legal advice
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements to business needs
• Advice business on contractual business risks
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Bachelor of Laves
• At least 3 years of working experience in a law firm or in-house
• Familiarity with Singapore law and major laws related to international business
