Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing all cash flow reports of Singapore and its Asia subsidiaries
• Maintain the chart of Account in SAP and liaise with software vendor on new reporting requirements
• Lead in a continuous improvement effort to review SAP system and process re-enginineering to meet management expectations
• Management reporting and cost analysis including price review for Singapore and Vietnam manufacturing subsidiaries.
• Liaise with auditor on annual audit and financials schedules.
• Supervise and support Vietnam subsidiaries for all intercompany transactions.
• Work with external consultant on Asia Transfer Pricing documentations
Requirements:
• Accounting Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Tax and GST knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
• Analytical with good thinking and excel skills.
• Must be a good team player with good communication and problem solving skills.
• Willing and able to travel within South East Asia 30% of the time
