Job Description:
Our esteemed client is looking for a Customer Service Operator.

Job Scope:
• Ensure Booking with airlines and Arranging of pick up is arranged on time
• Ensure to liaise closely with reporting manager and team.
• Ensure effective customer service to clients.
• Filing rates with airline.
• Work closely with Air Export department.
• Executing Draft Airway Bill for air export direct/console shipments.
• Ensure on-time transfer of shipments to respective airline terminals.
• Effectively in communicating and liaising with clients, agents, transporters.
• Ensure to follow-up closely on non-conforming air export and services.
• Monitoring and reporting unsatisfactory service level from transport service providers to higher management.
• Willing to take up any ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:
• At least 3-4 years experience in related job scope and position.
• Possess positive attitude in work and team work
• Possess good communication and coordination skills.
