Job Descriptions:
Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
Drafting correspondence.
Ability to read and organise legal documents.
Managing calendars, appointments and making travel arrangements.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in a reputable law firm.

Responsibilities:
Manage an active calendar of appointments, reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines.
Organising meetings and appointments, taking notes and writing minutes during meetings and dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Attend to personal and family matters for director.
Basic financial knowledge would be advantageous.
