Working Location: Central (near Raffles MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, employee relations and training & development.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tailored to the needs of the school environment.
Manage work pass applications for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Develop and implement Learning & Development initiatives and perform Training Needs Analysis to enhance employee effectiveness.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture and serve as the main point of contact for employee queries.
Prepare HR reports for management, offering insights for decision-making, and contribute to the creation and enforcement of effective HR practices and policies that align with company goals.
Ensure all HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with different departments and staff levels on different matters as directed by the management.
Provide administrative support, scheduling meetings/ appointments for management.
Other additional duties as assigned by the management.

Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient with MS Office tools.
