Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Handle Full-Set of Accounts
• Handle Account Receivable, Accounts Payables, including Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare payment voucher (including issuing cheques)
• Verify invoices from suppliers.
• Prepare journal for expenses accrual and other general journal.
• Create fixed assets record, diary and analysis.
• Issuing monthly invoice to external & internal customers
• Petty cash management and staff claim reimbursement.
• Prepare monthly report (P&L, BS &TB) and update audit schedules
• Prepare GST Returns, prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
