Job Description:
A MNC specializes in home appliances is looking for talent as Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all service employee are well equiped, knowledgeable and capable.
• Ensure all tools and technician vehicles are in good condition and ready to use.
• To prepare monthly report on after-sales-services.
• To perform other duties that management may assign as deemed necessary
• To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Admin or a, equivalent qualifications
• Experience working in similar capacity is advantageous
