Customer Service Officer
Up to $2600
Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturday Half Day
Office Hours
Responsibilities:
– Attend to inbound calls for appointment bookings
– Coordinate appointments with other departments whenever required
– Handling of enquiries
– Follow up on various requests whenever required
– Support with after-call administrative duties
Requirements
– Minimum GCE O Levels/NITEC/Diploma in any field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with call centre experience will have an added advantage
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
