Job Description:
Customer Service Assistant – $1,800–2,500 / 5 DAYS / East
$1,800–2,500
MNC | East
Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm
Full-Time , Permanent Position

Our MNC Client is an established Technology Security Company.

Responsibilities:
– Coordination of all Customer Service issues within the company branch office & customers.
– Customer Service case updating, logging & filing in the system
– Coordination & solving of Customer Service events & after sales services
– Documentation for clients, coordinate projects according to schedule, economically & to clients satisfaction
– Documentation submission / uploading Reports
– Weekly reports as required by the Customer Service Manager
– Other ad-hoc assigned as required

Requirement:
– Min. NITEC / Diploma Level with some experience
– No experience are welcomed
– Able to communicate well with customers
– Organized, meticulous, a team player with positive work attitude & good interpersonal skills
– Advantageous to have IT proficiency
