Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Involve in clinical services (attend ambulatory services & multidisciplinary rounds)
• Provide drug information to respective healthcare personnel in the organization
• Provide support for the development of drug information resources for healthcare professionals
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technician and assistant
• Involve in quality improvement and safety activities within the department
Requirements
• Min Degre/ Master in Clinical Pharmacy
• Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Min 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy setting is an added advantage
• Good communication. organization and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on weekends/Public holidays occasionally
