Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the drafting, reviewing and revising all relevant contracts {i.e. client and supplier)
• Responsible in identifying related risks and advise on risk management activities
• Involved in contract negotiations
• Ensure that all contracts are aligned with organization’s guidelines
• Identify areas of improvement in current contract policies and templates
• Supporting Management in implementation of global contracts system
• Provision of guidance to a team of junior staff
Requirements:
• Brings along at least 5 years of working experience in a relevant role
• Preferably possess a Degree in Business Administration/Law or equivalent
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in an IT industry will be an added advantage
• Brings along a keen to learn attitude and a team player
