Job Description:
Responsible for external and internal communications having ensured alignment between Management, Sales and all relevant Branches
Develop and drive regular Marketing & Sales campaigns in accordance to Sales Management direction and approved budgets
Prepare and compile marketing material (flyers, sales kits, customer presentations, communications and advisories) and ensure alignment with Sales Team and all relevant Branches
Support Sales Team’s efforts with research needed for the development of customer-specific presentation material
Oversee digital marketing function, e-marketing efforts and social media branding of Company
Develop Marketing plan and calendar in line with Sales Management and approved budgets
Expand Company target prospect list by identifying opportunities at events (fairs, exhibitions, trade shows)
Establish and align a centralized process to receive and compile data reports from all relevant Company branches on a scheduled basis
Interpret and analyze data received and convert into centralized Sales-specific reports (overall profitability, by Branch, Customer, Lane; Churn; Up-traders and down-traders, etc.)
Build and maintain an easily accessible archive of Sales-specific reports
Manage general Corporate Sales mailbox as a disseminator
Any other assigned duties by Sales Management
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Business / Marketing Communications or equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant Logistics experience
Demonstration of analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and team skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Highly resourceful, independent and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
Problem solving via innovation & creativity
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Wiling to travel overseas when required
