Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture
Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
Partner closely with department heads to support business objectives and workforce planning
Handle employee relations matters and resolve HR-related issues effectively
Review, improve, and optimise HR policies, strategies, and processes

Strong strategic thinking skills with a proactive mindset
Able to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives
Comfortable operating beyond administrative duties, contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant HR experience
