Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Follow up on orders with origin and advise solution to customer
• Reporting
• Billing Process
• Co-ordinate with customer and overseas office on shipment status for drop shipment
• Spot Quotation for in-house customer
• Support sales tear-n on quotation

Requirements:
• NiTEC/ Diploma with min 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong operation and process background in freight /air/sea freight forwarding
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
