Job Description:
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and other members of the Marketing Department as required.
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns.
• Help the franchise markets conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
• Assist in the preparation of conferences, stewardship of meetings and reviews and presentations etc. as required.
• Draft presentations and be active in social listening.
• To act as a central communication point between the Asia Franchise office and Franchisees.
Job requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business or Marketing. • At least – 8 years of working experience providing marketing support to senior management in regional roles.
• Experience in dealing with people from various countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is customer service oriented and can multitask.
• Attentive to details with good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Words).
• Must be energetic and be able to handle pressure at all times
