Job Description:
Sales Specialists are responsible for achieving sales objectives and handle all sales activities in order to achieve company’s targets and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers by greeting them; ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Able to resolve all complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform Monthly Stock Inventory Check and Replenishments.
Arrange and display merchandise.
Keep merchandise area neat and tidy.

Requirements:
Able to write & communicate in basic English with English speaking customers.
Candidate must possess minimum GCE ā€˜N’ levels or higher qualification.
Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented.
With at least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Candidate without any retail experience may be considered, product training will be provided.
Must be willing to work on shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
