Job Description:
Duration: 12 months extension/convertible to permanent (subject to performance)
Working Location: West (Nearest to Redhill, Queenstown MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Duties:
Office Management – Ensure that everything is in place administratively for the office to function smoothly, including keeping up with office supply inventory, onboarding of new staff, managing IT needs and office equipment maintenance, amongst other office duties assigned
Information Preparation – Collect, prepare and format information for internal and external distribution. Write notes of meetings, emails and reports. Research, analyse and compile data for reports, and create computerised presentations.
Records Management – Set up and manage department records, both electronic and paper filing systems, as well as ensuring that records kept are in compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements.
Schedule Management – Responsible for scheduling, including setting up meetings, engagements and other appointments and ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and making sure executives know where they need to be when. Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; and answering or directing inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
Diploma with 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organised, logical thinker, with good coordination and time management skills
Team player, approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
Independent worker, with good initiative, and able to work on several things at once
Comfortable with ambiguity, unchartered territory, and enjoy challenges
