Job Description:
– Responsible for ail aspects of financial management, performance management, financial accounting. budgeting and corporate reporting.
– Implement accounting, financial policies and control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory
– Ensure reporting, tax filings and handle related tax issues complies with the
law
– Handle full set of accounts, perform month end closing and make report
monthly, ensure all monthend reports are submitted on time
– Consolidate group accounts and prepare consolidation financial reports,
– Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process.
– Monitor and review accounting records
– Manage Inter Companies transactions of Group Companies, and provide
accurate cash flow and coordinate inter company’s payment.
Requirements:
– Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/CPA or CA
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in an accounting/audit leadership
Tole
– Auditing experience will be an advantage
– Familiar with Tax law, strong controls and compliance
