Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team
– Responsible for delivering product demonstrations to customers and in marketing events and lead a team
– Work closely with technical customers (business analysts. application consultants of managers) on proof of values (POVs) in customers’ environment
– Work with vendor’s presales and support team to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
– Possess relevant network experience: Cisco/HuaWei/HP/Juniper or Alcatel) or Cyber Securities Softwares
– Possess relevant certification such as CCNA / CCNP / CCISP would be an added advantage
– Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills
– Passionate in helping customers to solve problems
