Job Description:
• Identify and evaluate obligations (operational, legal, etc.) in legal documentation of new fund products
• Ensure timely establishment of product obligations in the firm’s product control tool
• Maintain, monitor and update product obligations throughout the Fund’s life cycle
• Cooperate with various teams throughout the firm (investment teams, accounting, treasury, compliance. general counsel, and others)
• Support the team in the e-filing of documentations

Requirements:
• Ideally 1 – 2 years of work experience in financial services, banking, law firm with focus on contractual, legal, regulatory, economical or related activities.
• University degree or diploma in legal studies, business administration or economics
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills; logical thinker; detail oriented; persistent
• Good communication skills; in particular, must write clearly, concisely and persuasively
• Understanding of IT/systems and experienced with system based execution of tasks
• Solid English communication skills (oral a. verbal)
• Able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months
