Job Description:
• Handle full payroll cycles for few entities.
• Responsible for all aspects of payroll and employee benefits administration such as monthly payroll processing, NS, maternity, paternity and childcare claim, CPF submission, yearly tax returns.
• To apply for Work Passes for foreign workers (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass),- monitor status from Work Permit Office and sending staff for medical check up and X-ray clearance; and
• Preparing documents and inform staff of the collection of the work permits.
• Handle foreign employment.
• Involves in MOM surveys, Salary Benchmark surveys
• Coordinating Training Classes – i.e. “Orientation” etc
• Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation processes for foreigners;
• Administer leave records, medical claims and other expenses claims
• Prepare employment contracts and employment related letters
• Administration of the employees’ welfare and benefits
• Administration of E-leaves and E-filing of all staff claims

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 3-4 year(s) , working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hands on payroll experiences.
• Preferably senior executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
