Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Corresponds quality/engineering matters with customers.
Investigate supplier non-conformance, drive root-cause analysis, discuss corrective actions and implement process improvements, including source inspection.
Works with suppliers to ensure that their manufacturing processes comply to customers’ expectations.
Monitor non-conformance performance and collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement of suppliers’ quality.
Maintains and improves product quality by completing product and compliance audits.
Prepares and reviews monthly data to analyze quality issues.
Maintains product drawing and process engineering changes.
Maintains customer’s claims system.
Maintains calibration process for Company’s equipment.

Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
Able to work independently, self-disciplined and be an excellent team player.
Willing to travel within Singapore and with class 3 driving license.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
