Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to below:
Monthly payroll management (both locals and expatriates), in accordance to MOM’s regulations
Tax Filing / Clearance for both locals and expatriates
Manpower and Payroll Reports
Attendance Management
MOM Surveys
WP / SP / EP Applications, Renewals, Cancellations and Updating Personal Particulars to MOM
Recruitment and Placement processes
New Employee(s) Orientation
Counselling and grievance handling
Airport & PSA Passes applications
Training and Development Planning including recommendation
Establish and maintain good communication with all levels in the Company
Any other HR related tasks assigned by Superior

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
Minimum 3 years full spectrum in payroll management and processing
Good knowledge and skills for Times Software HRIS
Good knowledge on MOM and CPF regulations
Mature pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills
Has passion to work in a Japanese set-up environment
Proactive with positive work attitude and desire to grow and develop career with our Company
