Job Description
Provide remote and on-site technical support, including but not limited to, Incident Management and Problem Management.
Escalate incidents, problems, changes to Team Lead, Service Delivery Manager, Account Manager or vendors as per defined business rules, ensuring timely resolution of client service requests.
Liaise with vendors needed to achieve incident and problem resolution.
Maintain detailed knowledge of clients’ environments, where applicable, by maintaining and updating relevant documentation.
Provide high levels of customer service and resolving problems/issues with the client in a constructive manner.
Provide monthly report and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
Prepare adhoc reports as required for contractual requirements.
Contribute to ITIL based processes to ensure successful delivery of services and initiate solutions to improve quality and productivity.
Participate in client presentations when necessary.
Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
CCNP or CCIE is required.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in relevant field and role, with CISCO products.
Able to work in a 24×7 and team environment.
Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Firepower, Firewall Management Centre (FMC), ISE, VPNS, routers or switches.
Working knowledge of Cisco products such as SASE, SecureX, Secure Network Analytics (Formally known as Stealthwatch), AMP for Endpoints.
Working knowledge of Cloud Security such as Cisco Duo, Email.
Working Knowledge of Web Security such as Umbrella, Anyconnect VPN, Tetration and Cybervision and Zero Trust Security.
Knowledge of Meraki Switch, Router, Security, Wireless products is a plus.
Working knowledge of Aruba, Bluecoat, Ironport, F5, Checkpoint, Fortigate or Juniper products is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
