Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, etc.
Answer telephone calls and provide required information
Manage the inventory of safety shoes, uniform, pantry items, office stationaries, responsible for the ordering of materials, follow up the delivery
Inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specification and quality
Arrange regular air-con cleaning and maintenance
Monitor photocopy machine usage and add address list for new staff
Apply for long term and short pass from Jurong Island office
Organize staff lunch ordering and delivery
Ensure cleaning and housekeeping in the office, meeting room
Provide support on Covid-19 related measures and requirements of the office
Any additional roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
PC literacy (MS office, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous
Self-discipline
