Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers / within departments for necessary arrangements such as confirmation of price fixing, payment arrangements, inventory management, etc.;
Maintaining accuracy of trade data stored in trading system through input and reconciliation;
Recording trade data and ensure accuracy of various reports/calculations.
Account Receivable / Account Payable checks;
Maintaining proper filing of documentation (hard and soft copies);
Coordinate various business processes and involve in implementation of ETRM system;
Any other duties as assigned by Business Analyst/Manager/General manager from time to time.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in back office of a Trading firm;
Good communication skills;
Meticulous with an attitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively.
Highly motivated to learn/improve the skills in processing the international commodity trade,
Basic knowledge on international commodity trade (INCOTERMS, trade finance, etc.) and basic accounting will be an advantage,
