Job Description
Functional Area: Sales Engineering, Service Engineering, Business Management in a Metal Foaming MNC.Job Scope:
We are searching for reliable, organized Management candidates to join our organization.
Suitable Candidate will work under the supervision of managers and Head of Department in organizations.
The goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future Managers / HODs, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, service or operations.
Candidate may often rotate to different countries / companies and departments (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. They contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate employee and department performance (e.g. analysing, writing reports).
Responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.
You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.
To be successful, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates must have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:
A degree in Management or Business (for Sales) preferred.
A degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical (for Sales & Service Engineering) preferred.
Strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.
Literate in: Fluent in English & Japanese to liaise with Japanese clientele.
Other Languages: will be an added advantage.
Job Experience/ Qualifications:
Must have:
Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Strong verbal and written presentation skills & Effective communication skills.
Excellent Math and computational ability
Develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.
During the probation / traineeship period, you must show us that you can identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with important daily tasks and achieving performance results.
Suitable candidates must be Pro-active, Creative, Innovative, able to arrange and prioritize work accordingly.

Job Functions:
There will be various responsibilities and requirements based on the qualification, experiences, duties include:
Understanding how a company operates
Must be good in policy making, goal setting, achieving goals and targets and take correct action timely.
Performance evaluation.
Able to work independently without close supervision and complete and fulfil daily tasks promptly.
Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales & Service ) daily processes and goals.
Provide administrative support. Multi-Tasking Abilities.
Get familiar with personnel duties.
Participate in company’s strategic planning.
Evaluating performance – writing reports, analyzing data
Keep track of business revenue.
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
Create and give presentations.
