Job Description:

• Provide excellent PA support to the MD. including making of travel arrangements, calendar management, preparation and handling of documents. etc.
• Provide daily office administration support, including handling of phone calls and emails. arranging for courier and payments. purchasing of office and pantry supplies. etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the MD

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of PA/office administration experience
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good initiative and able to multi-task to meet given timelines
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
