Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Human Resource Admin & General Administrative duties
• Annual Health Screening arrangement for all staff
• Rental vehicle and season parking arrangement
• Corporate Apparels management
• Corporate Telecom management
• Coordinate and administer training programs Coordinate staff welfare programs
• Insurance Claim arrangement
• Booking of air-ticket and hotel arrangement (only when assigned)
• Assist reception duties when needed
• General upkeep of office pantry area
• Any other duties assigned by authorized personnel or superior
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess minimum a GCE ‘0’ Level / NiTEC / Diploma in Human Resource /Business Administration or Management
• Minimum with at least 2 year(s) of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg. Words & Excel)
