Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all local logistics, import and export of inventories and finished products globally.
• Responsible for stock monitoring under goods receiving and goods issuing
• Work closely with marketing and sales representatives globally to indent goods and coordinate freight schedules
• Coordinating with shipping agent for custom clearance process
• Issuing invoices to clients based on sales order
• Managing the inventory system and maintaining records in database
• Working closely with Sales Team to ensure the completeness of sales transaction.
• Prepare shipping lists, freight details and review description declaration on all airway bills before releasing goods to freight forwarder.
• Conduct bi-annual stock takes & inventory record.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 3 years working experience in Logistics, Order Processing or Customer Service field
• Strong in SAP (SD & MM module)
