Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Acting mainly on buy-side
• Able to provide and execute advisory services on matters such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising, privatization, mergers and acquisitions.
• Able to prepare detailed financial modeling and business valuations, as well as pre-investment analyses.
• Required to be involved in business development activities and be expected to be able to work independently to achieve the firm’s and client’s objectives.
• Required to have good project management skills and capable to lead external advisors including bankers, lawyers and accountants to deliver to tight project deadlines.
