Senior/Staff Nurse – Operating Theatre (Cardiothoracic)
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Senior/Staff Nurse in the Operating Theatre, specializing in Cardiothoracic surgery. In this role, you will support surgeons during procedures, provide excellent post-operative care, and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during operative procedures, fulfilling Scrub and AU nurse duties in line with established procedures.
Coordinate with other units and ensure smooth patient transport and transfer, prioritizing safety.
Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patient progress.
Participate in the review and improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
Experience in Scrubbing for Cardiothoracic Cases
Ability to commit to a 5-day workweek and be available for on-call or standby duties.
