Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Achieve given monthly sales target.
Manage a group of Beauty Consultants.
Improve Store Operation Efficiency and report to management the sales progress.
Update and keep track the sales operation to CRM.
Assist the Marketing team in executing marketing and promotion activities.
Qualification and Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong people management skills, more than 3 years’ experience in managing big group of Beauty Consultants.
Hands-on person, willing to work beyond office hours, and weekend.
