Job Description
Support all the new launch products strategy and planning.
Plan monthly promotion mechanic based on departmental store calendar.
Analyze CRM reports, propose CRM programs to increase members base, and customer retention.
Demand planning and order forecasting.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in trade marketing planning, preferably from Beauty/FMCG products.
Familiar with Sales Force, or CRM programs, understand consumer sales journey
Strong analytical skills, evaluate data and provide insights to improve sales performance.
Organize and strong in numbers
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
