Job Description:
The candidate will provide assistance for all operational activities within the Sales department.

Responsibilities:
Process daily purchase orders (POs) and invoices, updating of database and preparing team reports
Submit e-filling or manual invoice filling to retailers for payment, address customer queries with regards to invoices or billing matters
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Provide administration and coordination assistance to Key Account Managers, Key Account Executives and Merchandisers in the Sales department, eg Data management/filing
Create and maintain product information in SAP, including up-keeping of product master lists
Provide technical assistance to maintain Company’s in house app, eg updating relevant sales data into application
Coordinate with logistics department on delivery arrangements
Handle inventory, shipment and product labelling related matters on ad-hoc basis
Coordinate with Accounts department on goods return and other related matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements
Possess an O/A Level, ITE or Diploma cert in any fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc)
Committed team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage
