Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Project coordinating the enhancement works for IT project with guidance from project manager
Involvement on procurement process and documentation may be required
Managing the development and deployment of the project deliverables
Perform user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and tests on the required systems to assist project stakeholders.
Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events
Able to support for night works when there is any deployment or incident to handle (ad hoc)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Project management skills
Vendor management skills
Technical knowledge on cloud based solution
Strong understanding of web development, system architecture, UX/UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
Adequate Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work with tight deadlines (Time Management)
Teamwork skills (Able to communicate well and work with stakeholders, business units and system vendor)
Supporting on the system operation (On phone support for 24 by 7)
Ability to work independently
Have the interest in brainstorming (problem solving skill)
