Below are the duties: –
The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Provide technical support related to computer systems, software and hardware.
Basic PC hardware and software troubleshooting and repair including Windows 10, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, MacOS, iOS, Android, etc
Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations
The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfill the needs of the role:
Minimum 1 year working experience in a Technical Support role.
Solid basic knowledge of IT systems and applications
Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
