Job Description:

– Basic up to $2900 + AWS+ Bonus
– 5.5 days’ work week; Location: Tampines
– Handie incoming calls and email

Responsibilities:

– Handling incoming calls and email pertaining to customer’s inquiries & complaints
– Ensure and upkeep the service level to the clients and resolving their daily needs and requirements
– Checking on parcel’s deliveries status, ensuring all comments & instructions must be given to the drivers clearly
– Assisting customers in re-delivery and collections
– Ad-hoc duties such as data-entry & recording

Job Requirements:

– Minimum GCE ©’ Level
– Good to have experience in Customer Service
– Training will be provided
