Job Responsibilities:

– Recognise and account for trade payables to principals
– Booking of invoice
– Preparation of monthly AP reconciliation and Statement of Accounts
– Preparation of payment instruction to principals
– Handle principal billing
– Account coding of the billings
– Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy
– Atleast 1 years of working experience in Accounting/ Finance
– Hardworking and willing to learn
– Able to work overtime
– Experience in SAP
