Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full cycle of recruitments.
• Handle work pass application. renewal. cancellation processes for foreigners:
• Handle new hires on-boarding and orientation:
• Administer leave records. medical claims and other expenses claims;
• To assist on monthly over time calculation / monthly payroll procedures.
• Ensure the payroll accuracy and compliance to the MOM, CPF and Income Tax requirements
• Handle work pass application. renewal. cancellation
• Prepare employment contracts and employment related letters
• Assist in coordination of recruitment process
• Administration of the employees’ welfare and benefits
• Administration of E-leaves and E-filing of all staff claims
• Assist in the performance reviews and yearly salary adjustments as well as bench marking exercises
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree. Post Graduate Diploma. Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
