Job Description:
• Provide quality liaison service between clients. suppliers and other relevant counterparts.
• Assist in coordination of international transportation shipments encompassing all aspects of the shipment cycle: receiving orders. creating shipments. booking, tracking and billing.
• Coordination of Import/Export operations where required
• Communicate service issues to customer or management
• Coordinate service requirements and standards to vendors and supply chain partners
• Maintain international customer profile and relevant customer information
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Expedite liability reports on a monthly basis.
• update & trace weekly schedule sharing data.
• Provide monthly customer order summary to all relevant department.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. any field.
• At At 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service. Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
