The client is a well-known insurance company with over 100 years of History in Singapore, with recognition for customer service excellence. They’re hiring for someone to be part of the team that will undertake the responsibility to ensure the delivery of consistent, professional customer services to their valued customers

About your role:

– Incumbent hired will be reporting to the team lead of the back-end customer service team. Duties involved will be:
– Ensure timely & professional response to enquiries and request from phone calls & e-mails.
– Update completed & accurate information on the Customer Relationship Management system
– Ensure proper follow-up to manage customers’ complaints & feedback to closure

Skills Required:

– To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment & be comfortable to take on overtime duties to ensure service standards are adhered to. Candidates should also possess:
– Must have experience in the Insurance / Banking & Finance industry
– At least a Diploma in any field of study
– Possess a pleasant & cheerful disposition & comfortable talking to customers
